Download the MP4, then attach it in the intended chat. If a particular app flow rejects it, check the limit in that flow and select a smaller custom maximum. Native-app acceptance has not been tested by SizeVideo.

Is 100 MB a universal Messenger video limit?
No. The source describes file attachments. Video and gallery flows may behave differently.
Can I share the SizeVideo result link instead?
A result link is temporary and expires according to its retention. Download and attach the file when the recipient needs a durable copy.
Can I change a preset?
Yes. Full controls opens the normal size ruler, custom maximum, resolution, frame rate and audio settings. Switching controls keeps the selected file. Presets set a maximum; the actual result can be smaller.
Will every video reach this size?
No. Very small targets can be unsuitable or fail for a long or detailed clip. Read the advice, try lower resolution or choose a larger maximum. Compression does not trim video or bypass a destination’s content and account rules.
