Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use SizeVideo to compress, download or share a video. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your videos

You retain ownership of your content. You give SizeVideo permission to store, process and deliver it only as needed to provide the service, including making a result available to anyone you give its share link to. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share the content.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, content that violates another person’s rights, or malicious files. Do not use the service for harassment, exploitation or non-consensual intimate content. Do not bypass limits, probe other people’s files or disrupt the service. We may refuse processing, remove content or restrict access to address abuse or legal requirements.

Compression and availability

Compression can change video and audio quality. A request may fail if we cannot meet its size target or support the input. File limits and queue availability are shown in the app and may change. Keep your original and check the result before relying on it.

Accounts and launch Premium

Signing in creates an account and lets you manage clips across devices. Keep your linked Google or Discord account secure and use the session controls if you no longer recognize a signed-in device.

During an active launch promotion, eligible signed-in accounts receive Premium without payment. The account page shows the current benefits and any scheduled end date. The promotion does not create a paid subscription and will not charge you automatically. We may end the promotion with notice on the website. Jobs already admitted keep their granted limits and result expiry. Capacity, supported formats and abuse limits still apply.

Result access and links

Free results expire one hour after completion. Premium users can choose one hour, one day, one week or access until they delete the result. A chosen lifetime continues after a launch promotion ends. Results kept until deletion use limited shared storage; new uploads can pause when it is full. Anyone with a valid share link can access the result while it is available. Download expiring results before their deadline; we do not promise recovery after deletion. The Privacy Policy explains storage, deletion and data handling.

No service guarantee

SizeVideo is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every file or preservation of every detail. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be identified on the website before they apply.
